Manage post-sale relationships for digital and tech-touch customers by driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, advocacy, and measurable platform value. The role owns customer KPIs, resolves adoption barriers, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, supports product releases, develops process improvements, and identifies expansion opportunities.
