The Director oversees outsourced business services at 3M, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment with Global Business Services while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in BPO operations.

Manage global semiconductor key accounts for 3M EMSD: develop customer strategies, drive design wins with Tier One manufacturers, partner with technical teams for product acceleration, use Salesforce to track account needs, achieve sales quota and pricing targets, and collaborate across global teams to deliver solutions.

Manage daily export consolidation center operations including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution. Oversee OSD processing, yard/pool management, cost monitoring, and system accuracy across ERP/WMS/TMS. Support transitions from third-party operators, lead continuous improvement projects, and serve as primary site-level operational contact.
