The role partners with customers and internal development, product, sales, support, and engineering teams to deliver FireMon solutions on schedule, improve customer satisfaction, and drive time to value.

Own Salesforce administration across user management, permissions, workflows, objects, integrations, data maintenance, reporting, onboarding, and user training. Partner with global go-to-market stakeholders to improve CRM processes and maintain integrations with LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Snowflake. Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, and process design.
