Leads regional sales strategy and execution across the West Coast, managing Account Directors and Associate Account Directors. Maintain account documentation in Zendesk, Gainsight, and JIRA, support at-risk accounts, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and travel at least 30%.

Administer and maintain enterprise EDR platforms across endpoints and cloud workloads. Develop detection policies, translate threat intelligence into endpoint rules, maintain SIEM/SOAR integrations, and support incident response through containment, live response, data collection, and system restoration. Troubleshoot agent and operating system issues, support auxiliary security tools, and maintain documentation, SOPs, baselines, and change-management processes.

Lead and develop a distributed Sales Engineering team supporting US Public Sector. Establish operating models, standardize discovery/demos/Proof of Value, drive technical wins on strategic opportunities, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, and manage hiring, performance, and career growth.
