Partner with hiring leaders to design hiring strategies, source and assess candidates, manage interviews and offers, use ATS/CRM/analytics (Greenhouse preferred) and AI-enabled tools, mentor recruiters, lead TA projects, and improve processes while ensuring compliance and an excellent candidate experience.
