Develop acquisition plans, program schedules, status reports, executive briefings, and DoD-compliant planning documents. Assess contractor milestone reviews, mission requirements, risks, and schedule impacts. Coordinate program elements, monitor staffing, and support funding commitments, obligations, expenditures, financial documentation, and monthly reports for rapid space capability development.

Supports a government space program office with ground systems engineering, software and hardware integration, testing, requirements verification, and acquisition oversight. Reviews architectures, specifications, interfaces, design documentation, and developer verification data; coordinates acceptance testing, site implementation, installation, and facilities activities across geographically dispersed locations. Provides technical recommendations, risk assessments, program status feedback, and contractor coordination. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, satellite ground-system acquisition experience, and overseas travel.

Manage and support VMware virtualization environments, including VM lifecycle operations, architecture changes, networking, storage, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Administer NAS/SAN storage, Veeam backups, disaster recovery processes, Windows and Linux systems, and hardware components. Perform root-cause analysis, maintain documentation, manage ServiceNow tickets, develop VM templates, and support automation. Provide occasional after-hours or on-call support.
