Responsibilities include requirements definition and allocation, architecture development, mission analysis, technical baseline management, ground software verification, hardware and software integration, DT&E and OT&E support, milestone readiness reviews, and stakeholder briefings. The role supports the development and deployment of space and ground systems while ensuring compliance with operational, technical, and customer requirements.

Provides acquisition strategy, program planning, contract management, financial tracking, technical assessments, and launch support for Department of Defense space launch systems. Advises government program managers, evaluates contractor progress and risks, develops acquisition documents and briefings, coordinates meetings and staffing, and supports funding, milestone reviews, and award fee activities.
