Post-sale technical expert who resolves stalled adoption at enterprise accounts by configuring and documenting complex Tanium deployments, enabling end-users, providing onsite assistance, and delivering feedback to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive value realization.

Provision, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware, software, and infrastructure to support R&D.
