Provide front-line office administrative support including visitor reception, meeting and event coordination, facilities and supply management, conference room and workplace readiness, vendor coordination, document proofing and quality control, and general office tasks. Support team communications, scheduling, and daily operations in a collaborative AEC office environment.

Lead and supervise SUE field crews to locate, designate, and map underground utilities using GPR, electromagnetic locators, GPS/Total Station. Interpret records and GIS, ensure ASCE 38-22 compliance, perform QA/QC, manage crew safety and scheduling, train junior staff, and coordinate findings with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
