Supports daily office operations as part of an administrative team. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, trainings, travel, lunches, celebrations, and events; maintaining shared spaces, kitchen services, supplies, and equipment; coordinating vendors; facilitating meetings; documenting action items; and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Lead and supervise SUE field crews to locate, designate, and map underground utilities using GPR, electromagnetic locators, GPS/Total Station. Interpret records and GIS, ensure ASCE 38-22 compliance, perform QA/QC, manage crew safety and scheduling, train junior staff, and coordinate findings with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
