Provides front-desk and administrative support for a structural engineering office. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, trainings, travel, lunches, celebrations, and events; maintaining conference rooms, kitchens, breakrooms, supplies, and shared spaces; coordinating vendors; facilitating meetings; documenting action items; and communicating updates. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least two years of administrative experience.

Lead and supervise SUE field crews to locate, designate, and map underground utilities using GPR, electromagnetic locators, GPS/Total Station. Interpret records and GIS, ensure ASCE 38-22 compliance, perform QA/QC, manage crew safety and scheduling, train junior staff, and coordinate findings with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
