Lead the hands-on development of Vida’s secure data and AI/ML platform, including ingestion, data modeling, MLOps, model serving, feature pipelines, LLM integrations, DevOps, observability, and infrastructure. Partner with security and IT to protect sensitive health data and meet HIPAA/HITRUST-aligned controls while establishing scalable engineering patterns across the organization.

Leads engineering operations, security, DevOps, quality engineering, cloud infrastructure, corporate IT, data integrations, and customer-facing technical escalations. Owns security strategy and compliance, incident management, on-call practices, reliability metrics, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production operations. Develops managers and senior engineers, restructures inherited teams, establishes service-level agreements, and drives automation and operational efficiency across the organization.

Own growth, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention for Vida Health’s member experience. Lead product discovery, roadmap prioritization, experimentation, analytics, bug triage, and cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Clinical, and Marketing teams. Analyze member behavior, improve funnel performance, manage dashboards and metrics, support user research, and contribute to long-term personalized digital health product strategy.
