The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, build relationships, and support the sales pipeline using various outreach methods.

Own and grow strategic Retail enterprise accounts for Twilio's messaging, voice and email platform. Drive consultative, data-driven sales cycles, forecast and pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver revenue and gross profit targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Lead new business acquisition for Twilio's messaging, voice, and email products across mid-market and enterprise accounts. Prospect, design technical solutions, manage complex contract and pricing negotiations, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and partner cross-functionally to meet iACV quota while advising product and carrier teams on customer needs.

Lead end-to-end UX for Twilio Voice products, translating telecom abstractions (SIP, WebRTC, real-time media) into developer-focused interfaces. Drive cross-channel coherence, define systems architecture and naming frameworks, integrate voice with conversational AI, mentor designers, and partner with product and engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-fidelity experiences within Twilio’s One Console.

Lead and scale a Sales Business Partner (SBP) team and act as SBP to a multi-billion dollar sales leader. Provide strategic advisory, drive GTM strategy execution, manage forecasting and pipeline health, run operational cadences, deliver executive reporting, lead local rollout of sales initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to align planning, compensation, and enablement while developing a high-performance, sales-aligned team.

Partner with R&D product leaders to prioritize investments, build ROI-driven financial frameworks, lead forecasting and scenario planning, develop flexible financial models for portfolio optimization and M&A analysis, synthesize insights for executives, and manage a team of 3–4 financial analysts supporting Engagement and Channel products.

Lead the strategic design vision for Twilio Email and SendGrid, defining end-to-end workflows, cross-channel UX harmonization, observability and telemetry patterns, scalable design system primitives, and mentoring designers while partnering with product and engineering leaders to shape long-term platform roadmaps.
