Lead enterprise deployments of Samsara's IoT platform for large customers. Manage implementation roadmaps, track adoption and account health, run trainings, liaise with Sales/Support/Product/Engineering, mentor teammates, and ensure customers realize business value. Juggle multiple engagements, communicate with executives and end users, and drive successful rollouts across fleet and industrial use cases.

Lead enterprise customer implementations of Samsara's IoT platform, manage deployments and adoption, create launch plans and roadmaps, track progress and account health, run training and demos, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and value realization.

Partner with Account Executives to scale new Samsara product lines across Mid-Market accounts. Drive pipeline and pilot strategies, execute high-value deals, influence GTM and product roadmap, and build repeatable assets to accelerate adoption and sales across the segment.

Lead state and local public policy and government affairs efforts: track legislation and regulations, develop and execute advocacy strategies, engage officials and trade associations, support sales enablement, manage outside consultants, draft filings/comments/testimony, and create policy-facing content to advance Samsara's business goals across multiple U.S. regions.

Partner with Account Executives to scale new product lines across Mid-Market accounts. Drive pipeline, run pilots, define success metrics, feedback product/GT M insights, and build scalable sales frameworks and assets.

Lead design and delivery of scalable customer-facing features, services, and APIs that process real-time data and AI-powered insights. Build web experiences, contribute to LLM/AI workflows, ensure reliability through observability and rollout practices, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, ML, and platform teams.

Design, build, and operate production AI and data systems for marketing: LLM/agent orchestration, retrieval pipelines, data pipelines, CDP and warehouse architecture, automation of manual workflows, data quality and reliability, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring. Ship production-grade Python and SQL solutions and evaluate/monitor AI systems.

This role involves developing executive relationships within strategic accounts, managing the sales cycle, and promoting Samsara's cultural principles. The ideal candidate should have extensive sales experience with enterprise customers and a proven track record of quota over-achievement.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Samsara's connected operations products: handle inbound technical inquiries, run trials and POCs, build scripting/integrations, manage lab hardware/software, produce product content, support RFPs and cross-functional coordination, and surface industry-specific use cases to sales teams.
