Embed in deals, coach SEs, accelerate ramp and POV velocity, run global accreditation and onboarding programs, and align pre- and post-sales to measurably improve win rates and deal-stage conversions.

Partner with GTM leadership to own planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. Deliver analysis, KPIs, sales productivity metrics, and recommendations to optimize revenue, efficiency, and alignment with corporate strategy. Provide ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior management.

Own and operate a global, multi-vendor production network: configure and troubleshoot routers/switches, manage BGP peering and transit, maintain firewalls and load balancers, monitor network health, perform packet captures and root-cause analysis, execute software upgrades with minimal disruption, build monitoring/visibility tools, and document runbooks and post-incident reports to ensure high availability for a SaaS platform.
