As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll support enterprise clients in DACH by leading technical solutions, managing relationships, and ensuring secure deployments of Firefox Enterprise.

The role involves building the sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and establishing relationships with enterprise clients across DACH for Firefox Enterprise.

Lead MZLA’s enterprise partnerships and strategy, especially in Europe and sovereignty-focused markets. Define enterprise opportunities, partner models, pricing, packaging, licensing, reseller and revenue-sharing structures. Support negotiations, translate technical capabilities into enterprise propositions, coordinate product and engineering dependencies, and establish repeatable execution processes. The role requires executive communication, commercial judgment, technical fluency, and periodic international travel in a fully remote environment.

Lead MZLA’s enterprise partnerships and strategy, especially in Europe and sovereignty-focused markets. Develop enterprise opportunities, partner models, pricing, packaging, licensing, reseller and revenue-sharing structures, and support negotiations. Collaborate with executive, product, engineering, and external partner teams to translate technical capabilities into enterprise propositions, assess deployment and security requirements, and establish repeatable execution processes. Represent MZLA in senior stakeholder discussions and travel internationally as needed.

Own and scale Mozillas web bug bounty program, triage and validate incoming vulnerability reports, drive remediation with engineering teams, perform targeted JavaScript and Python code reviews, collaborate with SIRT on incidents, and develop tooling to improve program efficiency and insights.

Maintain and mature Mozilla's ISMS, support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 audits, author compliance narratives, track remediation, lead policy program, scale compliance for products, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive control ownership and audit readiness.
