Develop and execute sales strategies for Kasa properties, targeting corporate, group, business transient, social, and extended-stay segments. Track portfolio performance, communicate weekly strategy updates, maintain accurate financial forecasts, and optimize length-of-stay, market segment, and source mix to improve net revenue and operating profit.

The National Sales Manager will develop and execute national sales strategies, lead corporate travel RFPs, prospect and close high-value hospitality accounts, build strategic partnerships, and grow national revenue.
