Lead GitLab's Financial Services sales area to acquire new customers, expand accounts, and drive predictable ARR growth. Build and coach Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, set strategy and forecasts, manage sales operations, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer value and scalable growth.

Support U.S. government customers running GitLab in highly secure, constrained environments. Troubleshoot deeply using Linux, GitLab internals, logs, and CI/CD, reproduce and fix edge-case defects, contribute documentation and internal tools, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver durable solutions for FedRAMP, air-gapped, and classified deployments.
