Responsibilities include customer discovery, demonstrations, solution architecture, proofs of concept and value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments. Advises customers on software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices; collaborates with Account Executives on account strategy; builds customer relationships; and communicates feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
