Leads complex enterprise customer engagements as a technical authority for Databricks data and AI solutions. Define strategy, prioritize features, guide engineering and design, scale compliance authorizations, launch offerings, and drive adoption with government customers. Partner with security, legal, sales, engineering, cloud providers, and public-sector field teams to deliver secure, sovereign data and AI capabilities.

Lead strategic compensation for R&D and engineering teams, partnering with founders and executives on cash, equity, retention, hiring, and promotion decisions. Apply U.S. GAAP, maintain audit-ready workpapers and SOX controls, and partner cross-functionally across Order-to-Cash and Finance teams. Lead AI and automation adoption using Databricks and advanced analytics, while supporting SAP and other finance systems implementations. Drive scalable process improvements in a high-growth technology environment.

Lead the design, deployment, reliability, and evolution of global unified communications, enterprise voice, conferencing, AV, and workplace technology infrastructure.
