Manage client relationships with CMOs and marketing heads, optimize performance campaigns using data-driven testing and analytics, collaborate cross-functionally with product and data science, represent AppLovin at industry events, and help evolve and drive adoption of eCommerce advertising solutions.

Own a ranked queue of high-value advertisers, use outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to contact decision-makers, diagnose onboarding or campaign issues, and guide accounts from first conversation to their first live campaign. Log all touches in HubSpot and focus on reactivating advertisers to drive measurable spending.

Own global payroll operations across the US, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Cyprus, and Italy. Manage payroll vendors, tax and statutory compliance, equity-related payroll events, Workday and payroll integrations, reconciliations, controls, audits, and month-end close support. Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Tax while improving processes, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery.
