Lead 2-4 full-cycle searches monthly for GTM and G&A roles. Partner with hiring managers to source, evaluate, interview, present candidates, optimize structured interviewing, negotiate offers, and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Manage the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries, ensure legal compliance, oversee payroll, and deliver global HR projects while enhancing HRIS functionality.
