As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive innovation in AI technology, reshape expert acquisition strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.

Build stakeholder relationships, surface product feedback and value stories, forecast retention, identify churn risk and expansion opportunities, and represent AlphaSense on-site at client locations to drive engagement and usage.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and large-scale deployments for enterprise clients: build project plans, lead cross-functional rollout activities, analyze deployment metrics, document scalable playbooks, and drive change management to ensure successful adoption.

The Head of Strategic Alliances will develop partnerships to enhance client value, lead partnership strategies, and ensure successful execution and governance of alliance models.

Build and operate AlphaSense's identity platform across user management, authentication, and authorization. Design scalable RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC systems, integrate authentication patterns (OAuth/OIDC/SAML), implement SCIM provisioning, and expose GraphQL/gRPC/REST APIs. Partner with security on SOC2/GDPR compliance, drive platform roadmap, champion testing, observability, and reliability, and operate autonomously from North America in close collaboration with the Helsinki team.

Lead product marketing for premium content, proprietary data, and Tegus Expert Call Services. Own positioning, messaging, launches, GTM strategy, and sales enablement. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Competitive Intelligence to drive awareness, adoption, pipeline, and expansion. Build and grow a high-performing PMM team, run market/customer research, translate complex capabilities into role-based value props, and create sales assets and operating rhythms to connect GTM with product.

Develop key enabling tools, streamline processes, create reporting, and optimize sales processes within the international revenue organization to drive productivity.
