Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue teams to increase platform usage, integration depth, and customer value. Occasional travel supports strategic accounts and key kickoffs.

Manage and grow corporate customer relationships for a SaaS market-intelligence platform. Responsibilities include maximizing retention, driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, forecasting renewals, preventing churn, conducting business reviews, engaging stakeholders, partnering with Account Executives, and sharing customer feedback internally. The role serves as the primary customer contact and advocates for both clients and AlphaSense.
