Develop, integrate, and verify MILSATCOM ground systems including requirements analysis, interface design, system integration, test and verification. Support test planning/execution, MBSE, agile development, and documentation to ensure ground system meets customer requirements while working onsite and under security/export controls.

Serve as an ISSO for classified computing domains, implementing RMF A&A processes, performing security and risk assessments, configuration management, continuous monitoring, incident response support, and interfacing with government customers to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and directives.

Lead and manage a team of ~18–20 project engineers delivering avionics and flight controls hardware and software projects. Own project execution, cost/schedule performance, process improvement, metrics, staffing and budgets, stakeholder communication, and team development in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Ensure corporate unclassified/controlled systems meet security and federal requirements. Perform vulnerability scans, limited penetration testing, root-cause analysis, and remediation. Maintain SIEM/EDR/DLP tools and documentation (SSP, SOPs, playbooks). Support implementation of NIST RMF, NIST 800-171 R2, CMMC, monitor network activity, produce security reports, and participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and continuity activities.

Lead and perform systems engineering for MILSATCOM ground mission planning systems: define and verify requirements, design interfaces and architecture, support integration and test, ensure system security, reliability and maintainability, mentor teams, coordinate with suppliers and government stakeholders, and present technical material at program reviews.

Lead wire harness design, documentation, and installation for space and launch vehicles. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, perform system integration and troubleshooting, support manufacturing and testing, mentor junior engineers, and maintain configuration, security, and compliance throughout product lifecycle.
