Lead procurement activities for small-satellite programs: develop strategy, negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, ensure FAR/DFARS and DCAA/AS9100 compliance, drive process improvements (VMI, MRP), collaborate cross-functionally, and support supplier performance and audit readiness.
