The Leader of IT Enterprise Applications will define the strategy for enterprise systems integration, managing application services, and driving digital transformation for high-performance satellite programs.

Design, implement, integrate, test, and debug embedded flight software for satellite and payload systems. Conduct cyber vulnerability analysis, develop cyber monitoring algorithms, produce design/test artifacts, automate build/test workflows, and work with multi-disciplined teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

Lead program financial analyses, integrate monthly/quarterly financials, produce forecasts and customer deliverables, perform Earned Value Management and EACs, communicate findings and risks to senior leadership, and support program financial reporting.

Manage cost, schedule, technical, and risk aspects for integrated payload array spacecraft assembly, integration, and test. Maintain earned value baselines, lead cross-functional teams, optimize production, perform reviews and closeouts, and document lessons learned to ensure on-time, on-budget hardware delivery.

Provide technical propulsion support for Boeing 767 and out-of-production fleets: investigate and resolve engine issues, communicate with airlines and suppliers, develop mitigation plans and technical publications (AMM, FIM, Service Letters), lead projects to improve reliability, and provide on-site assistance and presentations to stakeholders.

Lead payload design engineering for out-of-production commercial aircraft, managing COSP/SRP projects, creating design solutions, reviewing past engineering documents, coordinating suppliers, supporting spares and service engineering, and producing 3-D CAD definitions and technical presentations for executive review.

Manage and docket worldwide patent portfolio, coordinate filings and prosecution with outside counsel, maintain electronic records, review docket activity and correspondence, research patent databases, support IP professionals and process improvements, and assist with IP-related projects and inventor incentives.

Design, model, and validate spaceborne laser and optical systems (OCT, LRF, LIDAR, star trackers, EO/IR). Develop mission requirements, perform modeling/simulation and on-ground/on-orbit testing, manage suppliers and interfaces, lead technical projects, mentor team members, and support proposals and mission data processing integration.

Lead development of TINA-compliant cost and price estimates for C-17 government proposals. Produce labor BOEs, price labor/material/IWTs, prepare cost volumes, support negotiations, and maintain auditable documentation while coordinating cross-functionally.

Lead a 15+ engineer team to deliver satellite mission support and sustainment across commercial, civil, and DoD programs. Oversee operations, anomaly investigation, customer engagement, process/tool development, and feedback loops to improve spacecraft design and fleet performance.
