Duties include requirements analysis, interface design, system architecture optimization, test plan/procedure development and execution, system integration and verification, and lifecycle support while following Boeing processes and participating in scaled agile teams.

Serves as Boeing Global Services’ primary contact for fleet support issues, analyzing supply chain data, coordinating customer material and delivery requirements, and managing fleet-wide support projects. Develops reorder points, evaluates supplier and customer performance, identifies root causes and impacts, establishes support plans, coordinates stakeholders, and manages execution through completion.
