Run technical discovery with customers, design and build end-to-end data integrations into Spiral, implement ingestion code and infra-as-code, operate orchestration and monitoring, reconcile and backfill data, and own post-go-live schema and feed changes while collaborating with Sales and CX teams.

Lead UJET's Core Infrastructure team to design, deploy, and maintain cloud services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.

Build and maintain full-stack product features, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI integrations to transform customer interaction data into AI-powered experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and support production systems, internal tools, and user-facing interfaces.
