Leads Technical Customer Support and Field Support teams serving defense and federal government customers using Skydio UAS products. Oversees customer issue resolution, onsite enablement, mission readiness, operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, team development, training, quality management, and process improvement. Partners with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Solution Engineering, logistics, and repair teams to resolve complex hardware, software, cloud, and operational issues. May provide extended-hours, weekend, holiday, and infrequent on-call support.

Design and produce learner-centered, multimedia and simulation-driven training for pilots and technicians. Translate complex technical systems into videos, motion graphics, animations, AR/VR/XR and simulator-based learning; expand Paraverse and AI-assisted workflows; establish scalable production standards; collaborate with instructors, engineers, and SMEs to improve operational readiness.

Respond to inbound federal, military, and defense leads; qualify prospects; run transactional deals end-to-end including quoting and procurement support; coordinate with account executives, field reps, resellers, and program managers; maintain CRM accuracy; attend events and travel to capture leads; improve workflows for qualification, quoting, and handoffs.
