Responsibilities include analyzing safety, quality, productivity, logistics, and ergonomics; developing capacity plans, layouts, material flow strategies, metrics, dashboards, SOPs, and workflow designs; and implementing process enhancements, automation pilots, and data integrity improvements. The role partners cross-functionally to optimize scalable operations using Lean Six Sigma, simulations, and data analysis.
