Manage catastrophic and large-loss workers’ compensation claims from setup through closure. Responsibilities include investigations, compensability decisions, reserving, statutory benefit administration, litigation management, settlement negotiation, structured settlements, Medicare Set-Asides, and exposure mitigation. The role provides claim guidance to agents and customers, presents large-loss updates, attends mediations and trials, mentors junior adjusters, and improves claims processes and protocols.

Leads the end-to-end commercial insurance collections function, owning bad debt recovery, litigation and settlement outcomes, vendor and BPO performance, compliance, allowance processes, KPIs, and receivable closeout. Lead and scale Pie's claims adjudication function for workers' compensation across jurisdictions.
