Lead finance and business management initiatives for Global Corporate Banking Technology. Responsibilities include implementing strategy, improving financial performance across fees, costs, RWA, and capital utilization, mitigating business risks, analyzing expenses, driving productivity, shaping workflows and technology projects, managing external providers, and representing the business in working groups. The role requires executive communication, strategic project management, banking industry expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Provides administrative and office operations support by managing calendars, visitors, supplies, mail, vendors, inboxes, reports, expenses, events, and project platform updates. Coordinates communication across departments and external partners while supporting program administration and travel or conference logistics. Requires strong product expertise, storytelling, territory management, communication, and licensed securities and insurance sales experience.

Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of large business clients. Provide customized deposit, cash management, credit, and financial solutions; prospect for new relationships; develop referral networks; advise business owners; coordinate onboarding and product specialists; and manage risk and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong business development, relationship management, credit underwriting knowledge, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Lead a public finance banking team to structure and execute complex municipal bond financings, build client relationships, develop financial models, collaborate across the firm, mentor staff, and represent the firm at industry events.

Manage a portfolio of 100–130 small business clients ($1–5M revenue), deliver tailored banking and cash-management solutions, identify credit opportunities up to ~$500K, cultivate new relationships, conduct in‑person client visits, collaborate with internal partners, and follow risk and regulatory protocols to protect the firm.

Perform annual credit reviews for commercial and multifamily loans by analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls and local market conditions; assign and document risk ratings; interact with borrowers and credit executives to collect data; present credit cases to senior management.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families, build and manage a book of business, acquire and deepen client relationships, deliver personalized investment solutions, educate clients on digital tools, coordinate Chase partner referrals, and maintain required FINRA and insurance licenses.

Serve as the primary lending sales professional for the western division: originate and manage lending pipeline, structure complex lending solutions, partner with advisors and internal teams, drive business development, educate advisors, ensure disciplined execution and compliance, and support productivity and product enhancements.
