Manage and grow a portfolio of trade accounts across Havenly’s home furnishings brands. Build relationships with interior design professionals, support product selection and purchases, drive GMV and retention, manage loyalty engagement, source new clients, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Serve as the primary account contact, represent the brands through client meetings and events, and collaborate internally to improve the trade customer experience.

Lead the launch and growth of Havenly Brands’ commercial B2B sales program. Own strategy, pipeline development, account activation and retention, sales messaging, performance metrics, CRM improvements, and program infrastructure. Build relationships with commercial designers, procurement firms, and hospitality operators while collaborating with marketing, product, and operations to create a scalable revenue channel.
