Handles support tickets and phone calls, identifies sensitive issues and trends, follows established protocols, contributes to training and knowledge resources, and supports team projects and technical support needs. Requires calm judgment, emotional intelligence, flexibility, reliable independent work, and customer-facing support experience.

Lead product direction for one or more early-stage education products: run pilots and beta programs, prioritize roadmap using data and customer signal, ship rapidly with engineering and design, define success metrics, and partner with go-to-market to scale validated concepts.

Build and maintain the GG App across Windows, macOS, and iOS including installers, background services, auto-update systems, enterprise deployment paths, health reporting, AWS backend, and documentation. Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, participate in on-call support, and champion AI adoption and automation across engineering.

Lead end-to-end UX for a single product: define strategy, interaction and visual design, conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative), collaborate with PMs and engineers from discovery through implementation, make UX decisions, and help build a strong design culture.
