Lead and scale a digital-first Nurture customer success segment: define coverage and engagement models, build telemetry-driven automated playbooks, manage lifecycle communications, partner cross-functionally, and own metrics like renewal rate, NRR, and consumption growth while leading a team of digital CSMs.

Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology stack: roadmap, tool selection, implementations, integrations, documentation, governance, and performance metrics. Identify AI use cases, build implementation roadmaps, define requirements and success metrics, manage pilots and vendors, monitor adoption and impact, maintain governance and documentation, and partner cross-functionally to improve SDR productivity, lead conversion, and pipeline generation.
