As a Principal Data Engineer, you will design and implement LLM, AI-powered security data platforms, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of data solutions across teams.

Conduct cloud-focused Red Team/Blue Team (CRTBT) engagements, emulating adversary TTPs against customer cloud environments, collaborate with client SOC/IR teams, manage engagements end-to-end, develop automation and tooling for adversary emulation, and recommend long-term enhancements to improve cloud detection and response.

Build and own a vendor schema registry and semantic validation pipeline that ingests OpenAPI/Swagger/Smithy specs, tracks schema evolution, detects semantic and breaking changes, and provides SDKs and developer tooling to safely map vendor APIs into a canonical knowledge graph used by downstream teams.

Support Falcon Intel Recon customers by triaging and escalating findings, guiding customers on intelligence output, advocating customer feedback to product teams, and leading process improvements to maximize customer success and renewals.

Lead planning, deployment, and operational support for CrowdStrike Falcon cloud security modules (CWP, CSPM, ASPM, SSPM). Perform implementations, scripting, IaC, container and CI/CD integrations, troubleshooting, customer training, mentorship, cross-team coordination, and support incident response and compromise assessments.

Create polished intelligence reporting by transforming complex quantitative and qualitative cyber threat data into clear narratives for technical and executive audiences. Produce regular weekly/monthly/quarterly products and two annual flagship reports, analyze trends, produce statistics and visual summaries, collaborate with analysts, manage deadlines autonomously, and help evolve AI-assisted analysis and writing workflows.

Perform proactive and active threat hunting across government cloud environments, analyze adversary activity, develop and implement detections, conduct intrusion and forensic analysis, contribute to threat intelligence and detection engineering, and communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders while enhancing Falcon platform capabilities.

Lead research and engineering of production-grade LLM/GenAI systems for cybersecurity: design models and architectures, drive data labeling and evaluation, collaborate with product and engineering to deploy scalable solutions, mentor data scientists, set technical strategy, and advance AI safety, red-teaming, and applied ML innovations for detection and operational use.

Lead applied research on agentic AI for cybersecurity: develop efficient post-trained models, agent designs, and rigorous evaluation/verification. Partner with security teams to translate research into products, run experiments, and publish novel techniques.

Lead development and deployment of large-scale LLM and GenAI solutions for cybersecurity. Drive research strategy, model training, evaluation, safety/red-teaming, and cross-functional productization. Mentor data scientists, set technical standards, and represent the team through publications and thought leadership.
