In this role, the Sales Engineer will support the sales cycle for NG-SIEM by managing technical relationships, providing technical insights, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to expand market presence and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on implementing cost optimization solutions for cloud infrastructure through automation and collaboration across teams, enhancing FinOps practices.

Lead design and delivery of premium executive programs and experiences for CxOs, owning planning, budgets, logistics, content, and onsite operations. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to craft agendas, anticipate risks, ensure flawless execution, and build trusted, personalized engagement across the executive lifecycle.

Lead and mentor a distributed Salesforce engineering team to design, build and deliver Lead-to-Cash/Quote-to-Cash sales and partner experiences. Own roadmap, requirements, architecture, code reviews, integrations, data migrations, Agile delivery, budgets and resource allocation. Provide technical leadership in Apex, LWC and Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ, leverage AI for faster delivery, and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive scalable, secure solutions that improve seller and partner experiences.

Lead and manage a team of attorneys supporting global licensing, channel, and partner deals (GSIs, hyperscalers, MSSPs, OEMs). Negotiate and draft complex agreements, provide strategic legal counsel on go-to-market initiatives, identify and mitigate legal risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale partner programs and drive deal closure.

Leads and develops a team of Corporate Sales Engineers supporting technical sales engagements. Establishes processes for product demonstrations, remote proof-of-value installations, customizations, evaluations, and customer presentations. Partners with sales leaders and account executives, resolves escalations, mentors team members, and participates in customer calls as a player-coach. Requires strong knowledge of endpoint security, incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and antivirus technologies.

Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Executives to acquire mid-market customers. Drive pipeline and revenue, provide deal support and coaching, forecast accurately, recruit and onboard sales talent, partner with internal teams to improve execution, and meet customers to demonstrate CrowdStrike's cybersecurity value.

Perform real-time detection, containment, and remediation of security incidents across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Conduct malware and forensic analysis, develop detection processes and countermeasures, produce customer communications, and contribute thought leadership and public-facing content.

Design, build, deploy, and iterate production-ready AI agents and LLM-based solutions that integrate with enterprise workflows. Rapidly prototype, evaluate, and optimize agents for performance, cost, and adoption. Partner across functions to redesign workflows, contribute to an AI Center of Excellence, and ensure responsible, secure, and scalable agent development.

Design and train LLMs and agentic systems for cybersecurity using RLHF/RLAIF and supervised fine-tuning. Build agent architectures, tooling, retrieval/memory, and evaluation pipelines with rigorous statistical benchmarking. Optimize prompts and inference, collaborate with engineers to productionize prototypes, and drive research on agent planning, safety, and reliability.
