Design, build, and maintain scalable control-plane features for Cribl Stream to deploy, configure, and orchestrate distributed nodes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production APIs, automated tests, and reliability improvements. Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and SaaS operations while using AI-assisted tools to improve development and operational efficiency.

Support enablement content publishing, tagging, audits, and QA in Seismic; manage Jira workflows and onboarding support; create/update internal docs and FAQs; troubleshoot enablement tools; partner cross-functionally on brand-refresh and onboarding projects; use AI tools to automate and improve enablement workflows.

Lead and mentor a technical support team responsible for customer escalations, SLA and CSAT targets, process improvement, case review and metrics, and on-call/standby duties.
