As a Sales Engineer, you'll help customers understand Cribl's product value, demo the product, and document use cases while traveling up to 30%.

Support post-sales CX operations: own professional service operations, execute customer communication programs in Gainsight, develop/apply AI tools for automation, support CX programs, and collaborate cross-functionally in a hybrid role with occasional nonstandard hours.

Design, prototype, and productionize Generative AI and LLM features across backend and frontend. Integrate ML models, fine-tune, perform prompt engineering, operate inference platforms, and support AI-based product launches while participating in on-call duties.

Lead and mentor a remote engineering team building high-scale, distributed data streaming systems for a SaaS telemetry platform. Drive technical excellence, participate in design and code reviews, manage project delivery, collaborate with product and operations, hire and grow talent, and support on-call/standby duties while ensuring customer-focused solutions.

Lead and scale a product management team owning platform roadmaps (identity, billing, lifecycle, developer experience, environment support) for SaaS and self-hosted offerings. Drive cross-functional collaboration, define product strategy, ensure platform scalability and extensibility, use data-driven decision frameworks, influence pricing and go-to-market, and hire and develop PMs.

Lead AI-native telemetry product strategy and roadmap, partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and field teams, use product and usage data to inform decisions, drive integrations with cloud and enterprise data tools, engage customers for adoption, and deliver high-value AI experiences across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.

Drive territory sales by developing a business plan, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, articulating value to technical and executive stakeholders, forecasting and hitting targets, creating demand in-market, and expanding accounts through channel and direct motions.

Manage and grow a West enterprise Solutions Engineering team: hire, mentor, assess SEs, support pre-sales and account activities, drive revenue via sales plays, deliver technical presentations, and support proof-of-value events while partnering with regional sales leadership.
