Owns Salesforce CPQ configuration, approval processes, automation, custom objects, reporting, data quality, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployments. Partners with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Responsibilities include QA/UAT, data imports and deduplication, connected sales technology management, documentation, user training, and leading Salesforce projects.

Manage post-sales relationships with public-sector customers, driving ZeroFox platform adoption, retention, optimization, training, and successful outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor and technical resource, coordinate configuration changes and integrations, deliver reporting and web-based training, troubleshoot customer challenges, and advocate internally for customer needs. Partner with technical teams, product, services, and executives to improve customer experiences and identify opportunities for expanded platform usage.
