Applies Systems Approach to Training and Instructional Systems Design methodologies across instructor-led, distributed, and blended learning environments. Analyze and assess simulator, synthetic environment, digital twin, and digital training platform requirements. Develop recommendations for training devices, technologies, and architectures; coordinate with engineering and training teams; evaluate modernization opportunities; support technical documentation, roadmaps, customer reviews, and technical interchange meetings for military satellite communications and space defense training systems.

Develop interactive dashboards, visual analytics platforms, and reporting solutions for SATCOM, network operations, and engineering data. Integrate AI/ML model outputs into user-facing analytics, establish visualization standards, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and data science teams. Mentor junior personnel and present technical insights to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders.
