Responsible for engineering work in developing operable systems, integrating subsystems, resolving technical problems, and mentoring teams. Must have TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience.

Lead technical strategy and solution design for defense and intelligence proposals. Collaborate with BD, capture, and SMEs to develop system designs, technical volumes, BOEs, RFIs, and roadmaps while incorporating emerging technologies like MBSE, DevSecOps, cloud, and digital engineering.

The role involves developing and managing interface control documents for MILSATCOM systems, ensuring compliance with standards and coordinating technical efforts across teams.
