Lead and scale a multi-team engineering organization owning Billing, TMS, WMS, and LMS. Manage five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer, drive billing automation, deliver a standalone TMS/Parcel system, improve network LMS efficiency, and ensure WMS reliability and international scalability. Build cross-functional partnerships with Finance and Parcel, make organizational design decisions, coach managers, and prioritize technical investments to deliver measurable cost and revenue outcomes.

Lead two engineering teams owning the WMS platform: people management, predictable sprint delivery, platform enhancements, production reliability, incident leadership, and cross-team alignment with product and peers.

Prepare complex fulfillment and parcel invoices, analyze large datasets using Excel, collaborate with Sales/Operations/Implementations, resolve billing disputes, document processes, produce KPI reporting, and support audits to ensure accurate, timely revenue recognition.

Serve as primary customer contact for Stord's Commerce software, owning end-to-end onboarding, activation, and adoption. Lead operational integration and performance of acquired fulfillment sites. Own portfolio P&L, manage Site GMs, execute 30/60/90-day integration plans, drive WMS rollouts, meet SLA and synergy targets, and stabilize productivity, cost, and service across multiple sites.

Lead deployment of validated automation from an innovation lab into pilot and network-wide production. Develop deployment playbooks, manage capital projects, re-engineer workflows, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, create SOPs, and coordinate vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, low-risk rollouts and optimized warehouse operations.

Lead technical programs to design, build, and scale Stord's WMS/TMS and evolve WES capabilities. Bridge operations and engineering, drive architectural decisions, manage alpha/beta releases, run pilot deployments, enforce change management, and mentor engineering teams to deliver fault-tolerant, high-performance supply chain software.

Embed with internal teams to map workflows, design and ship production agentic AI systems that automate CX, finance, ops, and developer productivity. Build LLM integrations, observability, APIs, reusable automation modules, and data products to replace manual operational work.
