Manage a large portfolio of SMB accounts across the Simi Valley territory as the primary customer contact. Handle routine inquiries, escalate complex issues, coordinate with sales/support/operations, run virtual check-ins and performance reviews, monitor health metrics, drive product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, update UPS DRIVE, and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase account value.
