Lead state-level product performance for multiple states, own P&L, develop pricing strategies, execute rate filings, manage underwriting and agency strategies, partner with actuarial/sales/marketing, mentor product staff, present to senior leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and automation to meet growth and profitability targets.

Leads complex cross-functional analytics projects from scoping through delivery, producing executive insights and recommendations. Builds reusable datasets, semantic models, and certified Power BI assets; automates reporting and data preparation; partners with business, engineering, and governance teams to improve data quality; and mentors analysts. The role requires advanced SQL, Power BI, DAX, Python, and cloud data platform expertise, plus insurance industry experience and strong stakeholder communication.
