Provide Level 2 TAC support resolving mid-level issues across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, GPOs, VMware, SAN, firewalls, MFA, Azure, Exchange, wireless, backups, and storage; perform on-site technical installations and maintain documentation/ticketing workflows.

Lead the TAC managed services team to coordinate escalations and incident response, ensure SLA performance, drive root cause analysis and process improvements, mentor technical staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer service and operational outcomes.
