Oversees executive and client relationships, cross-functional implementation, product, and engineering coordination, governance cadences, portfolio reporting, risk mitigation, launch readiness, and escalation management. Builds repeatable delivery frameworks, improves processes, and mentors or manages program and project managers as the business grows.
