Own and develop enterprise-wide Customer Experience strategy, drive CX initiatives through research and measurement, improve end-to-end customer journeys, increase loyalty and revenue, support CX communications and training, administer CX technology, collect metrics, and recommend continuous process improvements.

Responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Build referral networks, work with District Sales Manager on appointments, and manage accounts to generate residual income and meet quota.
