Lead project controls for large EPC and industrial construction projects across energy and infrastructure. Oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, EVM, change control, risk analysis, reporting, invoicing, and project closeout. Manage and mentor project controls staff and coordinate with PMs, engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and field teams.

Develop and maintain fully integrated Primavera P6 master schedules for large capital EPC construction projects. Monitor critical path, perform schedule risk analysis, prepare progress reports and look‑aheads, coordinate sub‑schedules with stakeholders, apply EVM and resource loading/leveling, validate progress with project controls, and mentor junior schedulers to ensure schedule integrity and milestone delivery.

Manage contract lifecycle for construction projects including redlining, negotiation, version control, document management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and support for closeout and dispute processes.

Review client SCADA specifications and drawings, solicit and manage SCADA vendor proposals, coordinate with substation/BESS/O&M teams, support commissioning and performance testing, troubleshoot operational sites, attend vendor training, and document/track issues through resolution.
