Lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of LTK’s creator experience and commerce products. Define creator workflows, identify AI-powered opportunities, analyze behavioral data, establish outcome metrics, and drive experimentation to improve engagement, retention, earnings, and product quality. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success while influencing senior stakeholders and guiding complex, multi-quarter initiatives.

Leads LTK’s Data Engineering team, owning technical direction, architecture, pipelines, data products, governance, quality, reliability, and platform modernization. Manages and develops engineers, drives roadmaps and complex initiatives, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, and balances scalability, security, performance, cost, and business priorities. Establishes engineering standards, improves operational practices, manages risks and dependencies, and builds trusted, reusable data capabilities supporting analytics, reporting, products, and AI use cases.

Lead architecture, technical strategy, and execution for complex, business-critical initiatives across the Brand platform. Partner with product, design, data, and platform teams to build scalable, reliable systems; establish APIs and system boundaries; reduce technical risk; improve observability and operational readiness; and mentor engineers and emerging technical leaders.

Execute and optimize creator-boosting paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including campaign setup, audience targeting, UTM tracking, budget coordination, workflow management, KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting. The role supports influencer and creator marketing campaigns, collaborates with sales and campaign operations teams, and identifies opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue for brand clients.

Own the strategic success of a portfolio of high-value brands by developing growth plans, optimizing creator marketing programs, analyzing performance, and delivering data-backed recommendations. Lead business reviews, manage senior stakeholder relationships, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and partner with Sales and internal teams to improve retention, adoption, ROI, and revenue outcomes.

Supports creator marketing campaigns by securing creators, reviewing campaign content, compiling creator casting lists, coordinating updates, and preparing client-facing recaps and reports. The role requires strong organization, communication, data analysis, attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency with office software and social media platforms. It is a remote, hourly entry-level position with no required travel.

Manage end-to-end success for a portfolio of brand-platform customers. Educate brands on platform best practices, guide campaign execution, present data-driven performance reviews, recommend growth opportunities, increase gifting and campaign spend, and drive retention. Build trusted client relationships, resolve issues, deliver excellent customer experiences, and partner with sales to transition and expand accounts.

Lead strategic sales and partnership efforts for fashion accounts, driving new business, retention, and platform adoption. Build executive relationships, exceed revenue targets, create data-driven presentations, forecast performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale creator commerce and media solutions.

Lead a team of data scientists to develop LTK's AI platform, manage performance, and drive execution of machine learning projects to enhance user experiences.
