The Staff Software Engineer will lead the Revenue Engineering team in building scalable back-end services and infrastructure for financial workflows, while mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Support product, finance, and operations stakeholders by writing SQL, building dashboards, analyzing A/B tests, automating reporting, and producing data-driven recommendations to improve revenue, retention, and platform health.

Drive high-volume new business sales for LTK's Brand Platform: prospect, manage pipelines, present product value to senior stakeholders, close deals, meet/exceed quarterly quotas, and maintain CRM data hygiene while collaborating cross-functionally.
