Design, build, test, and integrate aerospace flight hardware while transitioning prototypes into production. The role leads hardware delivery, detailed design, material selection, DFM, tooling, factory and test-flow development, vehicle assembly, flight-hardware testing, and process simplification. Serve as legal partner for subcontracts and supply chain: draft, review, and negotiate high-volume supplier agreements; ensure FAR/DFARS/OTA flowdowns and export control compliance; build playbooks, templates, and SOPs; support programs, trade compliance, dispute resolution, and leadership with pragmatic risk analysis.

Design and develop complex aerospace mechanisms and mechanical systems for high-speed aircraft. Perform stress, fatigue, kinematics, FEA, and simulation analyses; oversee prototyping and testing; select materials and manufacturing processes; collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams; document designs and test results; mentor junior engineers; and contribute to aerospace research and development.

Develop and maintain embedded flight software for aircraft systems, ensuring integration with hardware, testing, and documentation.

Provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 senior executives: manage calendars, travel and itineraries, guest relations, meeting coordination, expense reports, and process improvements while collaborating cross-functionally and supporting occasional travel to LA, ATL, or DC.

As a Propulsion Development Engineer, you will lead engine test campaigns, develop test plans, analyze execution data, and enhance hardware systems. You will work hands-on to resolve test issues and ensure data integrity while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The Senior Structures Engineer will lead design, build, and testing of aerospace structures, driving projects and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring efficiency in processes.
