Drive adoption and sales of Altruist investment products among financial advisors. Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams on launches, enablement, demonstrations, training, portfolio strategy discussions, and advisor communications. Identify expansion opportunities, support complex B2B sales processes, develop product playbooks, gather market feedback, and monitor adoption, pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics. Regular travel of approximately 20–30% is required.

Develop scalable sales strategies, maintain accurate Salesforce records, capture advisor feedback, and collaborate with marketing and product teams. The role requires extensive B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS sales leadership experience, strong communication, data-driven coaching, and technological aptitude.

Build relationships with financial advisors, educate them on the Altruist platform, and guide them through the buying process. Meet individual and team sales quotas, maintain accurate Salesforce records, capture advisor feedback, support territory planning, and identify process improvements. The role requires consultative selling, strong product knowledge, coachability, resilience, and the ability to communicate complex financial technology value clearly.

Develop and scale resilient backend services and shared platform tooling using Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes. Design distributed systems, implement REST APIs, improve security and reliability, apply automated testing, and collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. The role also includes mentoring teams, contributing to cloud infrastructure, and delivering scalable solutions for financial services platforms.

Own expertise and operations for an optimization-based rebalancer. Investigate customer-reported issues, build AI-assisted advisor responses, create onboarding materials, monitor automated trading workflows and product performance, analyze trends, produce advisor reports, and collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Market Data, and Compliance teams.
