Provides Earned Value Management support for government aerospace programs, analyzing IPMR/IPMDAR data, program performance, compliance, predictability, cost, schedule, and risk. Supports and leads Integrated Baseline Reviews, prepares management briefings and technical reports, communicates findings to program managers, and mentors project officers on EVM policies and procedures. The role works with government program offices and contractors at secure Space Systems Command facilities.

Provides senior acquisition management, strategic planning, portfolio execution, and integration support to the Space Systems Command System Program Director. Advises leadership on acquisition strategy, policy, law, financial management, and program alignment. Supports missile warning ground and integration programs, launch activities, and division-wide objectives while coordinating with DoD technical personnel and defense contractors.

Supports senior Department of Defense and Space Force leadership in acquisition management, portfolio integration, strategic planning, program documentation, market research, compliance, schedule analysis, and process improvement. Develops acquisition strategies, advises Integrated Product Teams, evaluates program plans against defense policies, analyzes classified portfolio data, and prepares briefings, point papers, communications, and strategic messaging for high-visibility national security programs.

Develop and implement strategic communications for Space Systems Command’s Cyber & Data team. Responsibilities include Cyber Expo planning, tasker and document management, executive writing and messaging, multimedia and design production, communication product development, staff package preparation, senior leader engagement support, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires extensive Federal Government acquisition experience, Space Force domain knowledge, advanced collaboration-tool expertise, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Provides executive administrative support to a DoD management organization, including preparing reports and briefings, managing calendars and schedules, performing travel and DTS functions, tracking suspenses, coordinating external task responses, consolidating briefing materials, and maintaining action items and administrative processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, DoD familiarity, a bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Develop and defend life-cycle cost estimates for national security space launch vehicle programs. Perform cost, risk, pricing, and contractor estimate analyses; build cost models; support acquisition strategies and source selections; document and present findings to government customers; and collaborate with program managers and technical teams. Travel to contractor and government facilities may be required.

Provides schedule management and analysis for Milcomm and Position, Navigation and Timing programs. Develops, integrates, publishes, and evaluates program and enterprise schedules; assesses integrated master schedules for compliance, baseline performance, and execution metrics; and reports findings to senior leadership. Collaborates with government program offices and contractors while applying critical path, schedule quality, risk, cost, and systems engineering practices.

Provides senior financial management expertise to Space Systems Command’s Assured Access to Space organization. Responsibilities include PPBES and budget review documentation, budget impact analysis, alternatives development, executive-level financial decision support, organizational transformation recommendations, and identification of technology needs. The role requires extensive DoD and Space Force program or acquisition management experience, Pentagon PEM experience, active Top Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship.

Supports Space Systems Command and U.S. Space Force acquisition strategy, program analysis, enterprise strategic planning, and governance. Evaluates acquisition documentation, compliance, market research, pricing, technical approaches, and contract risks. Develops transition plans, implementation guides, policies, planning guidance, trade-off analyses, and resource assessments while coordinating Integrated Product Teams and aligning plans with Air Force and Space Force directives.

Provides expert acquisition and program management support to Senior Program Managers throughout the program lifecycle. Responsibilities include pre- and post-contract award execution, financial product development, PMR and QPR materials, Congressional inquiry support, strategic communications, stakeholder review preparation, and recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. The role requires advising DoD leadership, coordinating with technical teams and defense contractors, and maintaining PDAA and AIR databases.
